Trebol Soccer Club

Team Formations for the Fall 2014 Season (U9 - U10)

Missed the U9/U10 Team Formation Event?

Thanks to those families that attended Trebol's U9/U10 Team Formation event on May 17th. If you were unable to attend, please register your player by clicking on the "REGISTER" button found in the top-right corner of the website. When completing your participant's information, please make note that you were not able to make the 5/17 event in the "SPECIAL REQUESTS/COMMENTS" section. We will let these families know if there will be a need to evaluate players as we get closer to finalizing our team lists. Those team lists will be compiled mid-June.

Team Formations - U9 and U10 Boys & Girls

While our younger club members do not go through a rigorous tryout process, we will assess player skills and abilities so that players will be placed on a team that matches their current skill level. We will do our best to schedule practices in the coming seasons in locations that are geographically desirable for most, if not all, families. In other words, we will make every attempt to keep our younger players with others who might attend the same school or live in nearby neighborhoods, but also have similar soccer skills, to add to the positive experience of playing soccer in the new, club-based environment.

What to Expect when you move to club soccer?

Moving to a club soccer environment can be considered unfamiliar and possibly stressful for some families. Trebol Soccer Club would like to help set your expectations for this transition, and ensure it is as smooth as possible.

How many practices will my child have per week?

Most Trebol developmental teams (ages U9 and U10) generally practice twice per week with their teams, and one other time with Trebol's developmental coaching staff. At this Trebol-organized practice, all Trebol teams from a respective age group (i.e., U9 girls) practice together under the guidance of our developmental coaching staff, where they will perfect their foot skills, learn soccer tactics and play fun games together. This is part of your club fees.

How much will I have to pay for uniforms?

Trebol "kits" include a training kit and a game kit. The training kit is designed to wear to every practice and the other kit is for their games. Each kit includes Trebol jersey, shorts and socks, from the preferred soccer equipment maker, Adidas. Families should prepare for approximately $100 in uniform costs (for both kits). Other Trebol-branded items are also available for additional purchase.
